CYBRIDGE ASIA (hereinafter referred to as: our company) - is an Offshore Web Development Company, which has started the "Research Group" activity conducted by University students who are doing internship at the company. Without relating to practical projects runned by the company, this team will only spend time for research and development tasks.
 

As Vietnamese university students have very limited economic ability, for many of them, personal laptops seem to be extravagant, and how to acquire enough experience for a future job is of even greater difficulty. Understanding this fact, we have officially launched the "Research Group" activity.
 

Our General Director- Mr. Maeda Koichi spoke about the above-reffered group as follows:
"The contribution to the early growth of Vietnamese IT human resources is the foundation for us to become a company which can generate significant social impact".
 

On the company side, apart from providing our interns with laptops and server, the fact of paying hourly wage and the motorbike parking lot fees may be the most practical support for our interns. Regarding the merits that this activity contributes to the company, some of the research results have brought considerable direct benefits to our company.
 

At the mean time, this group has begun with 2 interns. Depending on the results achieved, the company will also consider increasing the size of this group in the new future.
 

Furthermore, our Japanese intern recruitment program has also been launched actively since the middle of 2017.
