The Work revolution in Vietnam? Telework benefit policy.

CYBRIDGE ASIA (hereinafter referred to as: our company) - is an Offshore Web Development Company, which has started a special employee benefit policy called Telework (working from home) for a number of our staff.
 

The company will provide staff with necessary fees and devices to serve working at home, based on staff's position as well as working scope. This "Telework" policy targets at employees who need to stay at home for health retreat, take care of their family or look after their under- 2- year- old kids.
 

In May, 2017, our Chief Representative- Mr. Maeda welcomed his first child. He is the pioneer in applying this Telework policy and would like to apply it to all of the company's staff as an official benefit policy.
 

Our company has just shared the "Family Day Off" policy recently, in order that our staff can spend more time with their families. To continue this idea, Cybridge Asia will keep on creating and implementing new benefit policies so that our members can have an ideal working environment - where everyone can work comfortably at home.

Our company is the representative of Cybridge Group- Japan in Vietnam, specializing in Web development and Web Media.
Number of employees: 45 (At the present, October 2017 - Including short-term staff)
With the statement: "We shall not be able to work well if we cannot build a good family environment", through implementing employee benefit policies such as "telework" (working from home) or "Ikumen (man who enjoys child rearing)", our General Director, Mr. Maeda Koichi is aiming at a workplace where all members can find balance between work and family time.
